PRESTWICH ATHLETICS CLUB                            

                                 Prestwich AC was founded by 
Rodger & Pamela Davies in 1988, together with friends, family and local volunteers 
 and though we have had many members over the years, Rodger is still an active
        member and the leading light of the club (especially with his tan!).

The club has organsied many races including the Prestwich 10k and Fun Run's 
                      and most famously organised the infamous
                  Prestwich Challenge (see page dedicated to this).

   Our races have raised thousand of pounds over the years for local charities
and good cause's... most recently we have helped raise funds to help recuperation
and long term physiotherapy of a young girl,  Emily, who was suffering from a brain
                         tumour and treated at Christies Hospital. 

We would sincerely like to thank everyone involved...past and present for their
                           hardwork, dedication and loyal support
